This means that you must understand the notion that the customer is always right and always allow the client to tell you what kind of services they would like. You must also avoid using your phone when handling a client as this can easily put them off. Above all else you must not waste the time of the clients with your own things.

Make sure that you communicate well with your clients. Always keep it professionally courteous. Courteous people do well in business since they make their clients feel valued and appreciated. If anything comes up and you are not available for the appointment you have set with the client you need to make sure that you communicate your unavailability to the client.
